Do you take all the pictures yourself?

Absolutely! Each image featured in my artworks is personally photographed by me to ensure authenticity and uniqueness. You won't find any mass-produced stock photos in my collections.

How do you create your pieces?

My creative process begins with the careful selection of images. I then edit and enhance them using a range of photography software applications. By manipulating layers and enriching the colors, I bring my artwork to life. To learn more about my artistic journey, please visit The Artist Page.

Do you offer your artworks as digital files for download?

Unfortunately, no. I am committed to providing my customers with high-quality, museum-standard photo prints that I can personally certify and endorse for their excellence.

Where are the prints made?

My prints are crafted in collaboration with The Print Space, a professional and carbon-neutral photo and art printing lab.

What material are your prints made of?

Each print is produced to museum/gallery fine art standards:

  • Paper: I use acid-free, giclée fine art print on archival Hahnemühle Photorag paper at 308gsm.
  • Finishing: The paper boasts gallery quality with a super matte finish, making it a popular choice in the art printing industry. It features soft blacks, natural color reproduction, and exceptional detail, complemented by a smooth cotton texture and flawless color gradients.
  • Archival: These prints are designed to last, with a guarantee of over 100 years

Does the print come with a certificate of authenticity?

Indeed, each print is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, confirming its genuine origin and gallery-grade quality.

Do you offer limited editions?

While my online store does not feature limited editions, they are available upon request for larger sizes (up to 100cm x 140cm or 40 inches x 60 inches). For inquiries about purchasing a specific artwork as a limited edition, please contact me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com.

Periodically, select artworks will be released as limited editions for a short time. Subscribers to my mailing list will be notified in advance, allowing collectors the opportunity to secure a piece upon its release.

What payment methods do you accept?

For payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

FRAMING & SIZE

Do you offer framing?

Currently, I do not provide framing options. My art prints are shipped unframed, giving you the freedom to select the perfect frame that complements your space and fits your budget. What size frames do I need for my prints?

The size of the frame required will depend on the print size you purchase—A1, A2, or A3. For more information on sizing, please visit the Size Guide Page.

Where can I purchase a frame for your print?

Shipping is on the house—free of charge!

Do you ship worldwide?

I currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, EU/EEA (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland).

How long does shipping take? When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary based on destination. Generally, it takes 4 to 14 business days for your order to reach you, which includes 2 to 5 business days to dispatch the order and an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How will my order be shipped?

We take utmost care in packaging your fine art prints with recyclable tissue paper to prevent any scratches or folds. Encased in a sturdy, 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube, your order is then dispatched, and a tracking number will be provided for secure delivery.

Do I receive a tracking number once I place an order?

Absolutely. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that your order has been added to our production queue. A subsequent email containing the tracking number will be sent once your package is en route.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please get in touch with me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com with your name and order number, and I will investigate.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders to the USA and Canada are shipped exclusively through DHL Express courier while those to the EU/EEA (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland) and the UK are sent via standard postage.

Do I have to pay customs when I buy a print from you?

No additional customs fees are required. My partner lab, The Print Space, ships all pictures, including GST (Goods & Services Tax) in the shipping cost. As I offer free shipping on all orders, there are no hidden costs at checkout or upon receipt of your package.

Once I have placed my order, can I change it or edit the shipping details?

As orders are swiftly forwarded to my printing partner, it's unlikely that changes can be made once production has commenced. However, I encourage you to email me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com, and I will do my utmost to assist with any order modifications.

Should you need to update your shipping details, please inform me at the same email address as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, I will be able to make the necessary changes.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters the production process and, thus, cannot be canceled. 

Can I return my order?

Given that all items are custom-made upon order, I cannot offer refunds for a change of mind once an order has been placed. Please note: Our e-gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased.

My order was damaged. Can you replace it?

Of course! If your order is incorrect or has arrived damaged, I will promptly arrange for a replacement. Within 24 hours of delivery, please email me at charlotte@charlottefonne.com with a detailed description and photos of the damage or issue at hand (these photos assist in lodging a claim with the shipping provider). Should a return be approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to send back the item in its original condition and packaging.
